By using this website or registering as a member, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to register. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
One person, one account. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.
Accuracy of your profile
Your trade, experience, certifications and availability are used to decide whether you are put forward for work, sometimes on assets where a mistake carries real safety consequences. Misrepresenting your qualifications or holding out an expired certification as current is grounds for immediate removal from the network.
Registration is not an offer of employment
Registering creates a profile in our talent pool. It is not a contract of employment, a guarantee of work, or a promise of any particular volume or type of engagement. Any specific engagement is governed by a separate agreement made at the time.
Equally, you are never obliged to accept work you are offered, and declining does not affect your standing in the network.
Availability information
We make staffing decisions on the availability you publish. Keeping it current is your responsibility. Persistently stale availability may result in your profile being excluded from searches.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Upload anything unlawful, misleading, or belonging to someone else.
- Attempt to access another member's data or any part of the system you have not been granted access to.
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the platform without our prior written permission.
- Use automated means to extract data from the site.
- Impersonate another person or organisation.
Content you upload
You keep ownership of your resume, certificates and other documents. You grant us permission to store them and to show them to our staff and, where relevant to a specific engagement, to a client considering you for that work. You confirm you have the right to share anything you upload.
Suspension and removal
We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, or where required by law. Where it is appropriate and lawful to do so, we will tell you why.
Website content
Information on this site about corrosion control and coatings is general guidance, not a specification for your asset. Do not rely on it in place of a project-specific assessment. Trade marks belonging to third parties remain the property of their owners.
Availability of the service
We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend it for maintenance, and we will give notice where we reasonably can.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising from use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
